Shipping
Information
Spoiler Express ships all
orders through reliable national delivery services (UPS, FedEX, or U.S.
Post Office). All
spoilers generally arrive within 3-5 business days.
Free Shipping applies to
all orders in the continental United States. Customers in Hawaii,
Alaska and Puerto Rico, please call or email for shipping quote.
APO/FPO orders are
accepted but do not qualify for free shipping. After submission of
the order we will email with shipping cost which generally costs
$50-$70.
Spoiler Express Warranty
We promise that our products will be in perfect condition upon arrival.
Returns will be accepted if the product is defective and must be
inspected before a refund is given. Painted spoilers can not be returned
unless there is a defect in the paint or spoiler, in this case we will
replace or repaint the spoiler.
We are very confident that you will be completely satisfied that we
stand behind our spoilers with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacture
defects, 3-years against defects in the paint and one year for the light
in lighted spoilers.
All Spoiler Express Products
are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty covers products that are properly installed per the
instruction sheet that is provided with each part. The cost of
labor, installation, painting (primed spoilers), will not be reimbursed. This warranty shall be void if product
failure is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper
installation, acts of God, war, or any other uses contrary to the
instructions. If a product is claimed to be defective, an RGA
number must be obtained from Spoiler Express and we will evaluate the
claim. Valid warranty claims will be credited or a replacement
will be made. The claimant is responsible for shipping and
handling charges of the replacement product. The warranty shall
apply for the life of the product while it is on the original vehicle on
which it was installed and the original purchaser owns the
vehicle. However, the warranty of led lights is 1
year.
