Warranty related returns:
If a product is claimed to be defective, a RMA# must be obtained from our customer service department and we will promptly evaluate the claim. Valid warranty claims will be repaired or a replaced at our discretion. The cost of labor, installation, and painting of primed spoilers, will not be reimbursed. Customer is responsible for shipping the item both ways to the address provided by our Customer Service Department.
Non-Warranty related Returns:
There will be a 20% restocking fee with all non warranty returns. Customers wishing to return a product that is not due to a warranty related issue may do so within 14 days from the day it was received. Customer must call our customer service department at 1-888-6GO-WING and obtain a RMA#. This number will need to be written clearly on the returned product box. Any product returned without a RMA# will be refused upon delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to the address provided by our Customer Service Department. All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all of the original packaging and installation materials. Be careful to package the product exactly as it was received. If the product is damaged when it arrives at our facility the shipper will be held responsible. Make sure to fully insure the item for the full amount that you paid for it. We also recommended that you keep the tracking number associated with your shipment for reference purposes. Our returns department will inspect the returned item within 2-5 business days. If the product is determined to be intact and unused, we will refund you the full value, minus the 20% restocking fee. If you paid by check, cash or money order, a refund check will be mailed within 7-10 business days. Credit card and Paypal payments will be refunded back to the account within 1-3 days of return. The above procedure and terms will apply to all reasons. Here are a few examples.
I know a lot of these may sound funny but they are all true and have happened to us. Once we paint them and ship them there is money involved that is not recoverable and it was done at your request. If you make a mistake then we do expect you to take responsibility for your mistake.
1.You total your car after you ordered the spoiler.
2.You do not know if you have a 2-door coupe or a 4-door sedan and YOU order the wrong spoiler for your car.
3.You decided to move after you order your spoiler.
4.You order the wrong color for your spoiler.
5.Your car is stolen after you order your spoiler.
6.You decide you can not afford it after you ordered your spoiler.
7.You sold the car after you ordered your spoiler.
8.The spoiler does not match the bolt hole pattern of a previous spoiler you had bolted on your car.
9.You are test fitting spoilers and want to ship them back and forth.
10. You order the spoiler to be painted and then want to cancel it after we have painted it per your request. Once we have painted the spoiler, we can not take the paint back off the spoiler and put it back in the can. Nor, can we tell the guy we paid to paint it for you that we are not paying him for his labor. You can cancel it but we will not refund the paint charge.
11. You do not know the year model of the car that you own and you order the wrong year model for your car.
12. You think your car is like a previous model car even though the manufacture has changed the name of the car.
